80s Party- Poundland Style

80s shopping haul from Poundland.

In 2016, I am planning a few themed parties. One will be an Alice in wonderland themed tea party and one will be for my 30th and the theme will be the 1980s! Being born in the 80s, I grew up with my mum planning Wham and Kylie Minogue on replay. Naturally my favourite movie is Dirty Dancing.

The 80s theme can be done very cheap. I am getting most items from Poundland and will make most of the rest.

From Poundland today I managed to get glow sticks, shot glasses, cocktail glasses, a cocktail shaker, smiley candles, crazy straws and neon balloons. They ran out of other colours at my local Poundland, but I will try and get some other neon coloured cups!

I am going to update this blog during the year about how I make certain items and where you can buy cheap items for parties from.
